 Val Pak Skimmer Basket (Best) There is a company called Val-Pak that makes quality replacements for most pump and skimmer baskets that far exceed the original equipment baskets provided and those made by most other companies as well. Above is a picture of the replacement skimmer basket that fits "most" skimmers in in-ground pools in Arizona. I have had customers who split out 4-5 baskets a year, replace it with a Val-Pak and, 5 years later, we still haven't split this one out. Yes, you will pay 25-30% more for this one, But it will last 5 times longer, ... at least, than the original equipment baskets. |
